Returns
Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. The product must meet the return conditions: no signs of use and/or damage to the product and packaging. For more information or instructions, please email us at info@mellouki.com

Easy returns in two steps:

Step 1: Return the product.
Send the product back with the original labels and tags. Include the return form. Make sure the package is provided with a Track and Trace code to prevent any issues. As the sender, you are responsible for this.

Step 2: Wait for confirmation.
Once we have received the package in good condition, we will conduct an inspection and get back to you as soon as possible.
